Broiler Industry is born during the 1960's. It was inactive till 1970. A spectacular growth in poultry industry was made during 1980's and 1990's. The growth from Rs.8,000 Million in 1990 to Rs.40,000 Million in 2000. Suddenly the market output jumped from 300 million birds to 800 million birds.
